Return & Refund Policy

At bego, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the core of our values. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging (including the shoe box, which must be undamaged and protected in a shipping box or bag).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • A return shipping fee of $22 CAD will be deducted from your refund to cover part of our shipping and transaction costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@begoveganlabel.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Packages returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items from the Last Call Collection

  • Imperfect Items

  • Black Friday sales

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods, beauty products, and hazardous materials


3. Return Instructions

  1. Download and print your return label.

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with your order confirmation or receipt.

  3. Important: The shoe box must be kept in perfect condition. Please cover it with the original shipping box, another cardboard box, or a protective shipping bag.

  4. Drop off your package at the designated location.

  5. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and processed.


4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and availability.


5. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@begoveganlabel.com.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.


8. Product Warranty

Our products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage due to misuse or improper wear. If you're unsure whether your issue is covered, please reach out to our customer care team.
